Who are we?
It all started with an appreciation for real food. Many foods in stores today have a list of confusing ingredients that most of us can't even pronounce. Especially bread.
I often bought a sourdough loaf from a local market and one day I decided to try and make my own. After hours of reading and watching videos about sourdough, I was in love with the simplicity of how this type of bread was made:
Fast forward to today, I am now making bread that I am truly proud of. Baking bread for me is grounding. It is simple, yet complex. It's something that consumes a lot of my time, and I'm okay with that. It is a way for me to add value to others, while doing something I believe in.
I hope you enjoy one our loaves as much as I enjoy making them.

Flour, Water, & Salt
It became apparent to me that although there were minimal ingredients, the process didn't quite share that simplicity. Countless flat loaves were made. Nonetheless, I was hooked on making my version of the "perfect loaf".
